Hey, I live in that triangle. My very interesting neighborhood and neighbors. The junction of so many (very) different communities. There is also a very large Cantonese component that is not mentioned in the article. What is strange about the triangle is that it kind of separates all of these different communities – sort of like a DMZ, I guess. Hopefully, this development in the end will be a unifying force in the neighborhood. I guess that would be worth the easy parking sacrifice.

Last time I was in the area immediately surrounding Pfizer, it looked very much like a DMZ indeed!
